Directorate of Training, CBDT under the leadership of Pr. DGIT (Training) Ms. Rolee Agarwal, organised “Samvedna”, a first of its kind sensitisation programme on Disability Inclusion & Accessibility at NADT Regional Campus, Delhi under Project AKANKSHA. The programme brought together PwD & non-PwD officers/officials to promote awareness, empathy, accessibility and inclusive workplace practices. The event featured an inspiring address by Shri Navdeep Singh, Gold Medallist at the Paris 2024 Paralympics, along with expert sessions on accessibility, assistive technologies, reasonable accommodation and inclusive governance. The event was graced by Hon’ble Member (Administration), CBDT Shri Pankaj Kumar Mishra; Hon’ble Member (Legislation), CBDT Shri Prasenjit Singh; PCCIT Delhi Shri Anand Jha.
