The Directorate of Income Tax (Legal & Research) organized a function for release of Compendium of Audit FY 2024-25on 07.05.2026 in Drum Shaped Building, I P Estate, New Delhi. The Compendium was released by Smt. Mona Singh, Member(A&J) CBDT in the presence of Sh. Ashok Kumar Saroha, Pr.DGIT(L&R), Sh. Anand Jha, Pr.CCIT Delhi and Sh. Ajit Kumar Singh, DGIT(L&R). The Compendium of Audit is an yearly journal to make Assessing Officers aware of the common mistakes with respect to assessments so as to reduce grievances/litigation, for providing better taxpayer services and for improved tax certainty. The event was attended by all the officers/officials of Directorate of Income Tax (Legal & Research), CBDT.
